How do you charge for translation services?

Our rates for document translation depends on the length and subject of translation. We charge on per page/word basis depending on the type of document and the work duration.

What languages are available?

We can translate into and from over 60 major languages specializing from Asian languages like Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Simplified/Traditional Chinese, to European languages and many more.

Do you translate government documents?

Yes, we are certified to translate government-issued documents such as birth & death certificates, immigration papers, passports, and even legal documents such as will and testaments, bank statements, etc.

Will my documents be treated with confidentiality?

Yes. Elite Worldgroup Technologies Canada Inc. is contractually bound to uphold and maintain strict confidentiality when working on a translation project.

How can I get a quotation?

Kindly send a clear photo/scanned file of the document to sales@eliteworldgroup.ca or simply upload the document through our Get A Quote tab.

How long will it take to complete a translation project?

A simple 2-page document file typically takes up at least 2-3 working days. For bulk job orders, kindly reach our sales team for more information.

Do you accept rush projects/express services?

Yes. With an additional 30% charge computed from the final quotation.

When will you start translating my document?

Upon receiving a quotation, pay the stated amount through bank transfer, print and signed the bottom part of the quotation, send it back to us and we'll get your project started.

How do you charge for Interpreting?

Elite Worldgroup Technologies Canada Inc. offers simultaneous and consecutive interpreting that run on per hour basis. Rates will vary according to the kind of interpreting service you will be needing.

What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpreting?

Simultaneous interpreting is a type of interpreting where the interpreter conveys the message at the same time with the speaker. While in consecutive interpreting, the interpreter relays the message after the speaker.

What languages are available for Interpreting?

Our interpreting services cover 60 major languages from Asian, European, and so on. Please note that in some cases, flying in a native interpreter may be necessary.

How do I hire an Interpreter?

We require at least 2-3 weeks' notice before the scheduled date. Kindly e-mail us all the event details, including the topics that will be discussed and the language pair needed.

What is the minimum hour required for hiring an Interpreter?

A minimum of 8 hours for most cases.

Do you also provide Interpreting equipment?

Yes. We also provide ISO-guaranteed soundproof interpreting booths, high-frequency audio transmitters, and top-quality in-ear monitors for smooth and clear delivery.
