How long will it take to complete a translation project?A simple 2-page document file typically takes up at least 2-3 working days. For bulk job orders, kindly reach our sales team for more information.
Do you accept rush projects/express services?Yes. With an additional 30% charge computed from the final quotation.
When will you start translating my document?Upon receiving a quotation, pay the stated amount through bank transfer, print and signed the bottom part of the quotation, send it back to us and we'll get your project started.

How do I hire an Interpreter?We require at least 2-3 weeks' notice before the scheduled date. Kindly e-mail us all the event details, including the topics that will be discussed and the language pair needed.
What is the minimum hour required for hiring an Interpreter?A minimum of 8 hours for most cases.
